What do you sell?

We produce and sell magic video tuition for professional and hobbiest magicians to stream over the internet. Most of our services are digital but we do also sell some physical products such as magic props.

I have purchased a tutorial, how do I watch it?

When you make a purchase, a user account is generated for you automatically if you didn’t already have one. Simply click “Account” in the main menu and you’ll find all of your purchased titles in there under the “Library” tab.

I have forgotten my username or password

Your password was sent to you in an email when you first made a purchase. If you cannot find it or you changed it and can no longer remember it, no problem, simply head over to the Account page and follow the password reset instructions. If you cannot remember the username that was assigned to you, you can also log in with your email address.

The title I purchased isn’t showing up my my library

If paying with PayPal this can sometimes happen if you didn’t click the “Return to Merchant” button on the PayPal website after purchase. This is a quirk with PayPal. Sorry about this. Send us an email and we’ll be happy to add it to your library manually.

Can I get a refund?

We sell secrets, for this reason we cannot offer refunds. This is a standard for magic shops. However, if you purchase a physical product from us which has a manufacturing defect, we will of course replace the defected item for you.

I live in [enter country here], can I buy your products?

Magicians in MOST countries are able to enjoy our products, but sadly our video host (Vimeo) is blocked in some countries. Namely China and Indonesia. For this reason not every country is supported by us. Apologies!
