We are THE 1914 LTD, we exist to create magic instructional videos and props for professional and hobbiest magicians.
Personally Identifiable Information
The 1914 collects personal information upon completion of a commercial transaction; including the customer’s name, postal address, email address and (optionally) telephone number.
Said information is collected for the purpose of ensuring goods are delivered to the customer’s postal address and to keep the customer informed of the status of their order.
Said information is only collected when the customer voluntarily submits it.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
The 1914 collects non-personally identifiable information about its website visitors.
Non-personally identifiable information may include the computer operating system used by the visitor, the name and version of the visitor’s internet browser, the visitor’s IP address and the country the visitor is accessing the website from including the time and date of the visit.

The customer chooses which payment provider they wish to use when at the checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not store customer credit card details; they are only stored by the payment processor if you explicitly grant them this permission.
