Foreshadow allows you to create the illusion of genuine influence with almost no effort. The procedure is disarmingly fair, the method is beautifully simple and all without needing any complicated set up.

The routine utilises borrowed objects: a wallet, keys, loose change, a bank card and a wristwatch. Each object carries its own story and significance. Add the Foreshadow card to your wallet and you'll always be ready to deliver a deeply personal demonstration of influence that feels completely impossible, yet entirely inevitable. 

Here’s what happens:

A collection of borrowed personal items is placed in a row on the table. You introduce a single black card bearing the words: "I know your every move.”

Two participants each imagine rolling a die, keeping their numbers completely private. The first uses the card to move along the line of objects, one position for each imagined number. Despite never seeing the process, you immediately identify objects they could not be on.

The second participant continues from that position, moving the card using their own undisclosed number. Once again, without a question asked, you reveal exactly where they have arrived. For the finale, two remaining objects are separated, one placed in the participant's pocket and the other held in their hand. Your prediction is turned over and impossibly, reveals the exact location of all items.

The decisions feel completely free.

Two participants merely imagine rolling a die, each keeping their number entirely to themselves. No questions are asked and nothing is ever written down.

Using only the black Foreshadow card, the first participant moves across a row of borrowed personal objects. Despite having never seen the process, you immediately identify objects they could not possibly be on.

The second participant then takes over, continuing from the exact position left behind. Their imagined number remains a secret, yet somehow you are able to reveal precisely where they have arrived.

With only two objects remaining, one is placed into the participant's pocket and the other into their hand. For the first time, the Foreshadow card is turned over.

Written on the reverse is a prediction that perfectly reveals the location of all the objects.

Everything is borrowed, every decision is entirely secret and the end outcome appears impossible.
